The SIC has no full-time employees. It has three Subcommittees
chaired by CIA professionals on a part-time basis (10-250); three
additional CIA professionals serve as Subcommittee secretaries
(100); and three CIA clericals work part-time (3-5%) for the
Subcommittees.
Additionally there are eight working groups, chaired by four
CIA professionals. and four from other agencies; each has a
clerical working part-time and three have professionals acting
as secretaries to their groups.

(1) No other responsibilities. Currently devotes full time to
Committee work. After 1 January 1975, expects to work approximately
3 1/2 days per week.
(2) The work of the Security Committee is performed, in addition
to that by the Chairman and 2 members of the staff, by tasking the members
of the Community. The 3 subcommittees will be chaired by members of the
Community, one being from CIA. It is expected that in support of the
Committee CIA will perform the work equivalent to 2 professionals full
time and 2 clerical employees full time. Elsewhere in the Community,
it is expected approximately 39 professionals will devote approximately
5% of their time to Committee work (approximate equivalent of 2 pro-
fessionals full time) and 25 clerical employees will devote approximately
4% of their time to Committee business (approximate equivalent of one
full time).
