The reference asks USIB agencies and appropri-
ate committees, including the IPC, to implement the
USIB-approved action relevant to the Post Mortem on
NIE 11-2-61. At its meeting on 15 March 1962, the IPC
noted that the items shown in the post-mortem are
included in various portions of IPC List, First Priority.
A revised version of this List will be released in the
near future as up-to-date guidance for Clandestine
Services collectors.
