and trouble you have taken to give us the benefit of your
very solid views on planning anc. how it might be done
more effectively.
It is indeed an important area in any organization's
effort` s. The eyes of too many people glaze over when the
topic comes up and it was gratifying to meet and talk with
someone like you who is not only expert but enthusiastic.
