FBI, about the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's request that

on the case. I brought Daly up-to-date on the meeting which
John Waller, IG, and I had will Bill Miller, Staff Director of the
Committee, and Earl Eisenhower, Minority Staff Director of the
Committee, and he mentioned that the FBI had also briefed these
staffers on the case. He said they had limited themselves
largely to theOrlando Letelie case and had not commented in any
great detail on matters which were currently under investigation by
the Bureau and the Department of Justice. In response to my question,
Daly said he expected that Jim Price, the agent in charge of the case,
and he (Daly) would be the FBI representatives at the hearing.
