There are several follow--up items from Mr. Davis' comments, including providing for their review of a technology transfer study and the name of an OSI study. On technology, a number of areas came up which Perle identified' for possible stop gap legislation, including protection of embargoed techniques and products in U. S. owned firms abroad.
