John Hicks, Director-37 NPIC, I called Elliot Maxwell, Senate Select Committee
on Intelligence staff, and told him that a tour had been scheduled for he and
Anne. Karalekas, of the Select Committee staff, of NPIC on 25 August beginning
at 9:00 a. m. and to last for three hours. He also asked if John Elliff,
Mark Gitenstein and Abram Shuisky, also of the Select Committee staff, could

Committee on Intelligence. and confirmed 24 August as the time for
Senator Lugar's visit to the Agency and went over the details of the
schedule. Shaw will accompany Senator Lugar.
