SUBJECT : Interagency Memorandum on
Euro-Communism
1. Attached is the working draft of this
IIM distributed to the representatives today,
with a request to meet on it Wednesday, 25 May.
2. It still needs some work, including
more editorial shortening and a conclusion or
major judgments section. I will be doing these
in the next few days.
3. My scheme is to adjourn the reps
meeting on Wednesday for an hour, since I plan
to have three of the main participants with me
at the DCI session on this subject.
4. The summary report on the Airlie House
Conference will not be available until mid-week
next. State is more leisurely than we.
