I. Peiping Radio on 29 June commented un-
favorably on Secretary of State Dulles'
press conference of 28 June.
A. Peiping described Secretary as "still
evasive" on Sino-US talks.
B. Secretary's call for Chinese Nation-
alist participation in international
conference on Far Eastern questions
is described as "attempt to shirk US
responsibility for obstructing the
holding of such a conference."
(Peiping seems to expect Soviets to
call at Geneva for later Far Eastern
conference).
C. Peiping also denounced Secretary for
"deliberate ignorance" of Geneva a.gree-
ment on Indochina, and for being "not
