SUBJECT: Distribution of MLLE 11-8-64
(Conversation with McGeorge Bundy)
1. Called upon McGeorge Bundy Friday, 25 September,

first two. I gave him a brief recap of these and went
on to a fuller discussion of three and four.)
2 Complete agreement that if the content of the
paper was going to leak, the content of the draft -- which

Top Secret version of 11-8-63. We are right now looking
this up (1130).
