SUBJECT: FRANCE IN THE SEVENTIES
1. This is a free wheeling first draft which I hope
we can put into shape as a free wheeling last draft at a
substantive coordinating session later this week.
2. As you review this text you will note that certain
subjects have been handled improperly or inadequately, You
also will find that certain important questions are not dis-
cussed at all. I would be much obliged if you would put pencil
to paper on such occasions and draft new and/or alternate text
