MEMORANDUM TO:
SUBJECT Interagency Paper on Asian Regionalism
We have commissioned an interagency paper on Asian
Regionalism which will be drafted by State/INR. A meeting
to discuss the terms of reference for the paper will be
held on 21 November at 1430 hours in 6F19 and we would
welcome your participation and that of any members of your
staff who can attend. Along with the regular participants
from the intelligence community -- DIA, the Services and
State, representatives from the policy side -- NSC, State
Regional Affairs, and Policy Planning, will also be
participating. To help structure the discussion, we have
developed a series of questions which are attached.
