1. OCR has provided each IAD with subject memorandum on the
general subject of briefings. You will note that in addition to
describing the general procedure for briefings and debriefings, etc.,
there is a list of recommendations (para 8) for a more rational
handling of this function.
2. I would like to discuss this briefly at the IAD meeting on
Friday, 17 May. Please raise any comments you have on t1ds memorandum
at that time.
