An Associated Press bulletin from Santo Domingo has just reported that four more Americans were wounded in an exchange of gunfire in Santo Domingo. Appropriate authorities here in Wash- ington have as yet been unable to confirm or refute this report. rebels have been seen using women's clothing and priests' robes for disguise in their attempts to pass through US lines. One rebel is said to have been captured at a roadblock carrying $14,200 in poorly counterfeited ten dollar bills. 3. The American Embassy in Santiago, Chile, reports that the Chilean Foreign Ministry has received a note from the Dominican charge d'affaires informing the Chilean government that Caamano has assumed the presidency of the Dominican Republic, is in control of the entire country, and listing the members of Caamano's cabinet.
