The Tzu-po Heat and Thermal Power Plant (Nan-ting), formerly known
as
Chang-tien Thermal Power Plant, is located 2.7 nautical miles south of
China adjacent to the Tzu-po Alumina and Aluminum Plant
Chang-tien,
The power plant is located within an irregular-shaped walled area adjacent
to the alumina processing facility. The plant is served by a rail spur from
Chang-tien.
There has been no construction since the date of the latest
photography used in the referenced report. Smoke was observed emanating from the
two stacks and steam from the cooling tower on all imagery referenced.
