Tung-fang Hydro Power Plant (Lokoshing) is located on the south bank of the
Chang Chiang Ho (River) approximately 17 nautical miles (nm) southeast of
Pel-li-shih.
The powerhouse of this separated facility is located approximately 0.5 nm
below the dam. 7~he water flows in the canal to the single penstock serving the
powerhouse. A switching yard with a small control house is located near the
powerhouse.
There has been no construction since the date of the latest 25X1D
photography used in the referenced report. Tailwater turbulence was observed on
25X1D the referenced -photography and was not observed on the later small-scale
imagery.
