The Huan-jen Hydro Power Plant is located 2.5 nautical miles northeast of
the center of Huan-jen.
This facility is a consolidated hydro power plant with the powerhouse
located at the foot of the dam. The number of turbogenerators cannot be deter-
mined and the switching yard and associated transmission equipment cannot be
located because of poor-quality imagery.
The dam and powerhouse appear to be substantially complete; however, there
has been no indication of plant operation on any of the available imagery. Minor
turbulence resulting from stream flow over the spillway was observed on-
imagery.
