The Pen-chi Thermal Power Plant No. 2 (Steel Plant) is located 1.1 nautical
mile north of the center of Pen-chi. The power plant is adjacent to the southern
edge of the Pen-chi Iron Plant
Gas from the adjacent iron plant is used as fuel. Heavy smoke and vapor
from the power plant on all available coverage precluded measurements of the
various buildings.
There has been no construction since , the date of the latest 25X1D
photography used in the referenced report.
