The plant is located 4.5 nautical miles (nm) north-northwest ofi Cheng-chou
(shown as Cheng-hsien on locator map). The Cheng-chou Railroad Classification
Yards and Shops are located approximately 0.7 nm east of the power plant.
The power plant is secured within a walled area (900 x 760 feet) and is
road and rail served. It is coal--operated and includes a coal conveyor and
processing system. The boilerhouse is equipped with three fly ash precipitator
units; probably indicating that three boiler units are installed.
