1. It is recommended that subject report be issued as an
Intelligence Memorandum and that it be given standard ORR finished
intelligence dissemination.
2. Subject IM was produced by the Current Support Staff of the
Economic Research Area. The Chief, Economic Research has read
and approved this draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-418 to be used for
reproduction, and (2) the recommended dissemination for this report.
