gence Memorandum and that it be given standard ORR finished intelli-
gence dissemination.

Branch. The Chief, Economic Research, has read and approved this
draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-426 to be used for
reproduction, and (2) standard dissemination lists for ORR finished in-
