Economic Assistance to the Sino-Soviet
Bloc: Loans, Credits, and Grants, (Secret/
NOFORN/No Dissemination Abroad)
(Project 42. 1065)
1. It is recommended that subject report be issued as an Intelli-
gence Memorandum and that it be given standard ORR finished intelli-
gence dissemination.
2. Two separate efforts were made to have the restrictions
"NOFORN" and "No Dissemination Abroad" removed from the finished
report but in each instance the request was turned down by FI. The
sources used in the report, so restricted, are the only sources avail-
able for the material cited in the paper.
3. The action division for this project is Services Division, Trade
Branch. The Chief, Economic Research, has read and approved this
draft.
4. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-433 to be used for re-
production, and (2) standard dissemination lists for ORR finished intelli-
