1. It is recommended that the attached report be issued as a supple-
ment to CIA /RR IM-444. It will be given the same distribution as the
initial memorandum.
2. The action division for this project is Services Division, Com-
munications Branch. The Chief, Economic Research, has read and approved
this draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of the Supplement to IM-444
to be used for reproduction, and (2) a copy of the distribution list for
IM.-444.
