gence Memorandum and that it be given standard distribution for ORR
finished intelligence reports.
2. The action division for this project is Materials Division,
Chemicals Branch.. The Chief, Economic Research Area, has read
and approved this draft.
3. Attached are (1) a final typed copy of IM-453 to be used for
reproduction, and (2) standard dissemination lists for ORR reports.
