Tito proposes treaty with Greece and Turkey: Turkish Foreign Minister Koprulu told Ambassador Peurifoy on 28 January that, during recent Belgrade talks, Tito had proposed a "tripartite treaty of friend- ship" between Greece, Turkey and Yugoslavia.
