Two additional companies of the sea landing regi- ment and the remainder of the PT-76 tank company were 500 meters behind the beach. Major items of equipment included at least 22 OT-62 armored personnel carriers, 13 probable PT-76 tanks, nine PTS amphibious transporters, four K-61 amphibious trans- porters, and numerous cargo and van trucks. Four Polnocny LSMs were dispersed offshore.
