In mid-March 1964, the Sassnitz Trelleborg ferry was berthed in
the eastern harbor bastn at Sassnitz. On the land split west of
the ferry berth there is a glassed-in oval-shaped structure built
on posts, which houses customs, etc. clearing offices
(Abfertigungsgebaeude). From this building there is a direct con-
nection With the new road leading to the city of Sassnitz. 50X1 -HUM
