SUBJECT : DD/A Management Coriference--"Dependents'
Orientation Course"
1. The following is an extract from the draft minutes
of the 21 November OTR Management Conference prepared by the
DD/A Plans Staff: "There was then a discussion of a new
objective. OTR believes there is a requirement for a
Dependents' Orientation. They do this in part for CT wives
now. OTR's draft objective will be reviewed and revised
slightly, especially in Milestone No. 2. It will eventually
be presented to the Management Committee by Mr. Blake for
their comments."
2. OTR/PDS's notes on the discussion of a new objective
show that, it was agreed to eliminate in OTR's draft objective
the Milestones after No. 2 and change Milestone No. 2 to read,
"Submit course model to the DD/A for review and approval."
After the review and approval, additional Milestones would
be determined and added to the action plan.
