to Reference is made to paragraph 1 of the basic memorandum 29.-53
dated 5 May 1953 stating that the new procedure for transfer of funds
actions is effective 11 :ray 19530 This procedure is suspended until
31 ray 1953.
2a Since some changes may be made in the new procedure, no
action should be taken concerning these instructions until further
notice from this Office.
