and resumes, sent by the Qualifications Aaaalysis Bran>h (Q,~B) to
either tie Clandestine Sex~rices Persox.~el Division (CSPI~~ or the
Personnel Operations Division., Operations Brau.ch (POI~~Ops} will be
routed through the Applicaxat Files Sectioxx (AFS~ to be charge, t~,
CSPD or POD~C~ps.
2. CSPD axial POt~~Ops will;
a. desigx~.te a central point in their, respective usi~.ts to
receive axtd log files xouted tc~ them;
b . maintain a weekly follow-up control to ex~.sure rapi>~.
consideration of the files by operating coa~ponesxts;
c. recall the Files at 30 day intervals in. order to ac~.:t+~ise
the applicant ~by letter, telephoxae or telegra~.~ that every
effox?t is being ms~le to reach a decision. These c~ntacfis s:[~.ot~1d
be fu~,ly recorded in the applicant ? s file .
