I am acknowledging your letter of 25th August to John
Campbell, who is on leave. He is returning next week but I think
that in the meantime you may like to know that your proposal for
the transfer of primary coverage responsibility for Rumanian Home
and Regional Services from Caversham to Kyrenia is regarded by us
as a logical proposition and that we would be prepared to accept
the switch as soon as your people are ready.
Please let us know if any assistance is required in the
recruitment of an additional R=anian monitor.
