Soviet-Satellite Reciprocal Broadcast Arrangements
1. The continued cooperation of the BBC is appreciated in
checking material from Soviet Far Eastern regional transmitters
carrying broadcasts originating in Satellite capitals.
2. The following summaries of broadcasts in this category
intercepted during the past month are attached; includad?-are
three via a transmitter (Vladivostok) which has not appeared in
previous intercepts:

Khabarovsk March 29, 1954, 1030 GMT (Broadcast from
Czechoslovakia)
Vladivostok, March 21, 1954, 1100 CMT (Broadcast from
