returned at the beginning of this week and
before getting into his report writing and many other details
needing attention he has told me of your desire to conclude
plans for meetings for the balance of the year.
I believe that holding the rggular Coverage Coordination
meetigg at Kyrenia in June is a good plan and if the fall Coverage
Coordination meeting can be held off until October at which time
you will have returned from holiday, I believe, we could then have
that meeting coincide with our Joint Coordinating Committee meeting.
I would undertake to come to Caversham at that time.
There are only a few subjects which I feel need further
consideration by us in joint session, but in some ways I believe
these are very important and resolution of them by correspondence
would be extremely difficult.
If this plan seems satisfactory, please let me know and
we will proceed on that basis. I expect that you will be very
busy and, therefore, if you would just have[ notify
