Since I wrote to you on 27th January I am afraid it,
has become necessary for certain reasons at this end to post-
pone :'heringham's visit for three weeks. My intention is that
the same itinerary should he followed exactly, only' the arrival
in Washington, instead of being on 1Nednesday, 24th Feirusry,
