Scviet officers is attached to the ataff of the ar>ap'lz Kola:ovgrad.
5. A special guard vas assignel to the B?ulgor:aa state rsilrrcada for the sake
of security. This is not a regular guard but a m:lit:a unit. These guard
unite are stationed at important railroad ibjo:tlvoe which are of military
:j:nlfioancu such as bridgos, turnele, railroad station* of aconanic
.iignificanee, etc. Those guard unite are under the Ministry of Defense.
6. '.-'e tbur~ or the Tayfun and DOSO rrganizatlone are trained to etrengthon the
guard of railroads. They are armed with submachine guns and are attached to
the regular guard. Their duty is net, tr watch !.he selective? but to pursue
ubotouro and reals:aneo m.ovamen'e to the :o?ant-y. Such mated unite for guard
