Diesel 'Motakaters' (motorcuttera) and 12 'Elektrokrtters' (electrocu't'ters) Which
are actually floating electric parer plants. Tne 'Motokaters?' are to be used for
trsmx orCiug goods. The ' elektrokaters' have been already assigned -to various
Byelorussian river Porto to serve- as power plants- for small factories, ?buildiaEi
and local radio stations."
