CThe Office of Naval Intelligence furnished the following information to CIA for IAC

4. On the last voyage, about 14 small wooden motor torpedo beats were observed in
the basin at Osternothhafen, and three "small destroyers" ware obsertred along the
quay at Swinemtnde, East bank of the S.rinn river.
5. The fire tower at Swinemunde is ,manned by Soviets who maintain a watch over traffic
in and out of the port. This i in addition to the watch maintained in a email
tower near the end of the mole at the entrance from which searchlights are played
upon ships transiting these waters at night.
