Port Observations: source observed very little. The pilot at Gdynia told the source t t t Tee Soviet destroyers had been there'. a few days previously. There is considerable housing construction going on in Gdynia at present. Source remarked on the excellent condition of the outer buoys at Gdynie,, pointing in particular to their excellent suitability as radar targets. He stated t:,ct on his visits to Gdynia he usually sighted one or two tugboats towing two or three well-laden barges in Eastbound coastwise trade.
