1. "The 'Railway Brig-de No 2 of the Nav.l Artillery of the Fieltic Fleet,
(7heleznodorot.hn-.ti-3. Brigade Morskoi 'rtiller,i XI+F No 2) is Zoe=cted in the
milittu'y settlement of Ust-Lug'T,north of NTrve. in Septelrber 1953 one b>ttery
of this brigade stood at the Narv rr.ilvay station. The battery consisted of ?.
train with six carriages and an engine. In the middle of the tre.in were two
8-axle rrmored platforms. On each platform stood one '250-mm re.ilw:iy gun of
the coastal defence' (heleznodarothnaia pushke. beregovoi laboroay). The barrels
of these guns were ;:bout 10 meters long. 'according to the local inhabitants,
Rs.ilway Brigade No 2 has two divisions, with two batteries in each. The
total number of rnilvey guns for coast-.1 defence based nt Ust-Luga is eight.
