2. Merchant Ships Present: The following merchant shipping was observed in Gdynia
(incomplete ist :

A Finnish ship of unknown name and tonnage
3. Securit Measrres: The Tidaholm wasboard,ed at her berth ("Pilautaki") and
searched by a squad of twelve men. IL'h officers were armed with piatole. The
crew were allowed to remain in their cabins and were not regsired to a atsr on
deck. Steel probers were used in the search, which took two hours) to complete.
The search before the ship sailed took two and a half hot'rs. The crew was
allowed ashore. I II
4. Miscellaneous Information: Labor seemed to be difficult to obtain,1 and it was
necessary to wait two or three hours for an extra longs bore gang. e labor
used was not considered good. The port was not cong.eted.
