drivers and motorcycle drivers. These two latt-ir groups are not as large as
the two former ones. The number of motorcycles for tre.'ning purposes is limit-
ed. The other courses are also hampered by lack of the proper equipment.
5. "'Me DOSAAF makes no secret c the fact that all these courses and training sre
of a military nature, in fact, they are referred to as ?voiennaia ucheba'
(military training), and in recruiting trainees, the workers are urged to ac-
quire 'voiennye spetsialnosti' (military specialties)."
