and city radio clubs of DOSAAF;
b. gives methodical directives and advice for the training of
radio operators at radio clubs and radio circles,
c. gives the radio clubs written information on request concern-
ing radio"technical problems;
d. supplies the radio clubs free of charge with literature,,
drawings and descriptions of various radio apparatus, to
enable them to construct it independently at their club.
