THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION U.S. Esbaesy Moscow priority airgran No. 153 to the Department of State (control No. 15112) dated 28 July 1951', which reports that the Radio Moscow broadcast in English (to North America) at 0315 GRIT 28 July 1951 was "faked with alleged prisoners of war who sharply criticized U.S.A. and Brit gouts" and who were "impersonated by regular Moscow English-apoaktng radio announcers whose voices recognized." in observed to be at variance with the circumstances recorded by moni- tore. The Moscow announcer specified that the talks by the prisoners of war would be read by staff announcers. Four American prisoners of war and one British prisoner of war in Korea take part in this discussion."
