Military Arm Trade Union:
From October 14 to 18, 1952 there will be the lath Congress of
the French Metal Trade Union at,Lyon.
A message of; greetings is needed. It is proposed that the Military
Arm Trade Union write under the name of Vietnam Metal Workers. The
message will be short and will be in Peking by September 15.
