OF ENCLS. SUPP. TO REPORT NO. 1. Giurgiu, the so-called "Port of Bucharest," has been practically taken o?re= by the Soviet Army. The large buildings which were cleared by large deportations of the Rumanians are now occupied by the Soviet troops. Movement about the Fort is forbidden to Rumanians. 2. Near the harbor are about fifteen large barracks. These are now occupied by Soviet troops, including artillery and tacks. The Soviet troops also occupy the '.:Lg. Rumanian infantry barracks here. It is believed-that there is about a regiment in the latter. 3. No unit identifications have as yet been obtained. if. There are now twelve big gasoline reservoirs in the port, at the G urgiu end of the Ploegti-Giurgiu pipe line.
