The above figures refer only to the number of pieces shipped. Control of the
actual quantities manufactured is not possible.
2. An estimated 10,000 voltage stabilizers were manufactured. The production of iron
ballast tubes is possible only in limited quantities because material shorrages set
limits to production.
3. The manufacture of quartz crystals and other frequency stabilizers continues. The
frequency stabilizers are currently built to a carrier-frequency of 9,400 megahertz
(MHz), and crystals for a frequency of 1000 Hz. The crystals are not manufactured
in the form of plug-in boxes of relatively large size, as formerly, but are contained
in a plastic bubble housing of new type. They weigh about half as much as formerly.
