1. The Rostock Diesel works delivered three standard Diesel engines and two two-cycle
Diesel eraines to China in February 1954. The plat}t has to aanufacture.3 altogether.,
engines of these ty!w1s by June 1954, and,. two gore are planned foe July 1954. Tot::-
production of standard Diesel engines in February 1954 was four. [
2. The plant hr- -a-A:-.sea of funds totaling two million marks for capital investment.
AL new ^ower ti Is urgently needed, also new boiler Installations. Part of the
fundr %re for new construction, because a new two-cycle Dit??1 engine is to be put
into k roduction at the end of 1954. When the moncy,will be available and when
the new construction will begin is not yet known.
