1. Tans for an air control service in the Soviet Zone are being arranged In
conferences now going on at Schloss Sonnensteinz :Eirna in Saxony. Czech, Poll--J--
and Soviet officers are taking part in the planning.
2. First of all the Volkspolizei must detail 60 men to report. to Colonel Rubakov b
3 Jun 54. They must know Russian and have training in radio technics. After
being checked on politically, these Volkspolizei will be trained by Soviet offl;?:
