1. The Bragov Airfield is occupied by the Rumanian Air Force. The field is
gfficially designated the %Staii.n. Military Airfield $ragov Orasul"e
2. At the present time the fie -d Is occupied by the 6th interceptor Regiaaent,
consisting of z staff and two nits (Abt eilungs) . Thq, regiment is not at
6.111 strength and is reported to to *till in process of organization. The
aggregate strength is 660 to 670 men, -ground personnel included. Training
is of the first and second grades.
3. The airplane park consists of 20 Soviet YAK planes of various types, mostly
Yak-9 and 12; two or three old German Hein4cel9; 16 to 18 IAR-80 and IAR-81
machines. which are Messe_sshmidt planes nanufactured in $uxania during
World War II. There are no jet planes.
