6. The total numhPr ofi employees of the Bytca plant was 1y300 workers, ~f ;i7om 15C wEre
specialists, 620 wovten, 20 administrative and technical eraployeec; the rest were
helpers.
?. The wage of skilled workers wan 4,000 crowns per month; the wage of helpers vas 3,000
crowns, skilled women workers 3,500? The :age cf te~hnieai and administrative em-
play~esc we~c 5,000 crowns; The managor~s salary was 1$,000 per month. r;on-skilled
women workers received 2,500 crowns. The plant worked in one shift, from 6 a m to
2pm.
g. The total number of Cam?pnist Party members in the plant was approximately 100 persons,
The rest+of the workers were mainly without any* political affliation whatsoever. The
Comminis? propaganda in the plant was negigible.
9. The plant has its own factory guard who wore blue uniforms and were araaed with pistols.
The total number of the guards rzas eight men. in ar?dition, the plant had its own
factory militia consisting of 2d, men. The members of the militia ware blue overalls
