information will be made available to international organizations and institu-

Control over the execution of this resolution is vested in the Main Office
for the Control of the Press. Publications, and Exhibitions, and with the State,
Economic Planning Commission.

This resolution does not infringe upon existing regulations forbidding or
limiting the publication of statistical data, particularly insofar as military
and economic secrets, and public sect.rity are concerned.
